The explorer's pack was the reward for pre-order, which is way better than the pre-order bonus for most MMOs. For example Swtor's pre-order bonus was a crystal, some armour, and access to the VIP area, that Crystal is now useless, armour is useless, and VIP area has nothing that special.
Our pre-order bonus still works, so why gripe.
now lets look at the choices in this poll.- More Crowns, could happen, but highly unlikely.
- Permanent Buff, won't happen, ever, would give you an unfair advantage over new players, who Zos want to attract, will never happen.
- Exclusice Cosmetics Could Happen, but unlikely since they will want to sell ever concievable cosmetic in Crown Store
- No Reward, most likely, and doesn't bother me.
- Exculsive Mount Unlikely, they are giving away an exclusive mount for being subscribed for one year. They won't write off two mounts that they have to encode into the game.

I am very critical in regards of ZO, but the things you mentioned were not true. Yes, ZO made many mistakes, many of them mostly due inexperience and lack of "preparation".
Still, the people that we are in touch with tried their best to improve the situation and while I didn't agree with every step, it is more than you usually get from a company.
I also don't want to sound rude so please pardon me if I do, but if 15 bucks a month are too much for you, so that you feel "cheated" then maybe investing those 15 bucks into a nice flower bouquet for your wife would had been a better idea.0 -

I know where I stand and I've made my peace with it. I don't want any more false appreciation or reason for the forum to blow up with people explaining why they didn't preorder / pay for subscription because their grandma had her VD flair up and they couldn't make it to the game store / log in in the time allotted.
