Should there be Charge abilities?

The simplest way to put this, at some point, should there be more charge abilities added into the game (Bolt Escape is the only one, but its a blink)

What I mean by charge abilities, is high mobility abilities that don't require a target to use. This could really change up pvp, at least in small scale/1v1 battles. Players could use them to either get space between them and an opponent, or to close the gap between a retreating/far away enemy.

I know bolt escape is a sorcs signature abilities but it just seems like it would be a cool thing to add.

Yeah this would be a cool and interesting mechanic. 3 BE's or cloaks, with a 10s recharge time per charge. Could work for other abilities too, such a talons.

Simple Fix.
Allow charge abilities to be used without a target.

if you want BE roll a sorc. ever class has qualities others dont.

sounds like you should roll a sorc instead of the whole game changing.

But that would kinda ruin the whole balance of the game. Sorcs need to be mobile because they don't have a strong self heal like templars or DKs. Each class has it's own thing and it's annoying enough to get a sorc down to 10% health only to have them run away. Could you imagine if every class could do that? PvP would be so boring.
