Anyone else having ping fluctuate from 132 to 999 multiple times a minute? I did a speed test and got 2.3 mps for download speed, and 25 ping, then in game 999, even with port forwarding, and died because I could not cast or switch weapons. I am pretty much on the cusp of not playing again.

Did you open all of these ports?

TCP / UDP Ports 27000 through 27015
TCP / UDP Ports 27015 through 27030
TCP / UDP Ports 27014 through 27050
TCP / UDP Ports 27031 through 27036
TCP / UDP Ports 27036 through 27037
TCP / UDP Ports 4380

Also, could you please try to close your antivirus and firewall while playing ESO? If it works better, you should add The Elder Scrolls Online and the Launcher in the exception's list.

I simplified this for you. No need to have multiple entries that span the same port ranges. In fact, that can slow things down as the firewall determines a matching a range before allowing.
