It's Benele's house, in the Northeast quarter of Wayrest.
I think I can solve this one as it being Madame Lemaitre next door who is weeping.

It could well be. It could be some part of Craglorn that isn't in game yet but which the files exist for.

100% sure this is a upcoming future addon, already finished, which we will have to Pay for when its "done Coding and can Finally be released" :(

Jup, most likely. Or unused versions of something.

It also isnt the first time in MMOs that you can actually vistit a future part of a game by falling through the ground: In _another_ MMO there was a glinch in a buildings floor in an ice desert, if you would fall through that glinch, you would end up in the greatest raid-instance of that specific expantion of that MMO, of course empty by that point. It happened to me once, it was funny. :)

Also in the same MMO there was a part of another raid, never used, but explorable by using a glinch. Just go to youtube and search for "Karazhan sewers/underground" ;)

I believe it, though I wonder why fall damage didn't kill you? These little heavily built places normally inaccessible except through rare glitches always amaze me. It seems like this is just a thing that they do.

Interesting that it has grass and such though. When I found Skingrad, it had a checkered texture floor with a translucent 8-16bit map overlay on it where they were placing stuff.

Here's two screens I hadn't posted previously. These show some of the translucent mapping. Particularly the second one.

Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.

So I stepped into the Daggerfall outlaws refuge today and I ended up here as you can see the fall killed me but since I didn't have to waste a soul gem to revive I thought I would see what there was too see

    Screenshot_20150318_170123.png

It turned out this view was the best the area had to offer

    Screenshot_20150318_170413.png

But the view really wasn't too spectacular so I had to escape.... Couldn't port out because the game thought I was in the refuge, and I didn't want to pay a ridiculous amount to /stuck meaning all could do is

sadly I didn't fly, I fell and thats How I escaped the non refuge

One of the houses in Wayrest is haunted. Not like ghost NPC but like actual creepypasta haunted. If you stand around in there with your volume turned up for long enough, you can hear a woman start to cry and sometimes say depressed things.

    That's a Silent Hill flashback.

To the east of Bangkorai, past the inert gate but before a giant wall on the other side of which is Craglorn (just a little while before Craglorn was added in that Patch)

    On_The_Other_Side_Of_The_Gate_To_Craglorn.jpg

The unpopulated area on the way to that "behind the gate" place in the first image, which I got to via just hopping around on all the high stuff, climbing ever high, from the middle of Bangkorai- I didn't even start at the edge of the map on this crazy trip.

I made it miles and miles north east of Bal Foyen once, too, but on another computer from which I do not have the screenshots.

I fell through the floor in a cave myself (Sanguine's Demesne, from a boss hit), it seemed to me that they had designed it by first sketching out the basic shape and scale on the checkerboard mesh, then placed the dungeon kit pieces over it.

Either that, or they were using the checkerboard mesh as background for scale and alignment, and deformed it out the way when needed.

Or they just deliberately put it there to considerately catch anyone who fell through so we wouldn't die. Probably not, though.

Well, you've found a place I've deemed 'smurf village'. It was (what I can only assume) one of the first versions of the Beldama Wyrd in Glenumbra, which if you were wondering, is rendered within the Alik'r zone level.

I am wondering the circumstances of this however, I highly doubt you were displayed at the same spot you 'fell' in Alik'r when you found this. So, either you're lying, or more than one version of all maps are rendered, or your map bugged out and failed to show your location at Alik'r's Glenumbra.
