In 1.6 why does my NB do this while sneaking?

EDIT: Actually, I'm going to take you serious even though you are wasting my time.
To get the original image I googled images relating to the phrase "effeminate men".
Now I googled "jazz hands" to produce these images.
Now I googled "effeminate hands" to produce these images.
I don't see much difference. So, it seems like a pretty accurate photo. It's both a fair representation of the new character animation, an effeminate man, and "jazz hands".
