Should Nords ride Guars?

I think that this may be a bit of a lore related question... should they?

Because the Nord I won on the last ESO Live just arrived... & he kinda suits being up there I think! :p

Lets keep this lore appropriate, please. He's clearly missing a wedding dress, and the national mount of Skyrim was actually a Senche.

Why of course they should, thereby acknowledging that the dunmeri choice of mount is the correct one.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

Don't think guar are very common outside Morrowind...
Also, based on lore, I think the only Nord mounts that are set in stone, are horses...

Well nords are part of the pact and dunmer are the worlds leaders in guar herding so there is that.

Though this opens up a new possibility for a cutscene featuring guar rescuing his nord from coldharbor.

I can foresee a lot of nords doing the ride of shame after 1.6 ....

...the following morning, in a wedding dress, on a Guar! :D

I'm not sure pickle a nord enough and the guar might start thinking its food and the adage is that guars are mouths on legs.

Actually that might be interesting to see in game, a guar running around with a nords legs sticking out its mouth and the nord screaming for help.

What did you use to seal it? Or did you glue every piece.

Neither.... its all down to the design. The engineering tolerances on genuine legos is amazing... so when they are on their side for the desktop then there is no need to seal them, just a layer of polish to make them look shiney..... although the Guar is finding it tricky to keep traction now with the weight of his Nord friend as well!

There was also no need to glue... there are three monitors... all bolted to a triple monitor stand which in turn is bolted into the desktop substructure (The lego is a skin)... with the lego all built around this bolted in monitor stand the lego desktop doesn't move, and the screens seem to float above the lego... and then with LED lighting behind the screens it looks quite funky! :)

    2 important questions:

    1. How drunk is the Nord?
(Nords will ride anything when drunk... other Nords (stop with the dirty thinking!), Guar, tables, tree trunks, mechanical bulls, real bulls, witches, seagulls (for a fail), boats, dragons (at least 1 in the future... Possibly) little red wagons, flagons, pigs, oxcarts, anvils and nuclear weapons)

    2. How drunk is the Guar?
(Guar can make poor life choices too.)

To be honest, mammoths should be for sieges. Capture a specific fort --> spawn mammoth 'vehicles' that allow a four player crew each. Some other fort should give slit striders instead
