Crown Store "Imperial Edition"

Alright! As a one man standing i am not sure i can change any of this. But i will give it a try!
So i just downloaded the new update 6 PTS, beautiful update with a lot of nice features. Really proud how the game have gotten in one single update! But now to my point, i checked through the crown store and saw that you can purchase "Imperial Edition" for only 2000 Crows, if not a little more. I think this is really unfair because i paid a little overprice for my when i bought it as crows didn't exist then! I really think that you should boost the price so you atleast need "Supporter" thingy when you pay every month like 2 times. So you need to get your crows for 2 months instead of 1. As now everyone that has played the game for only 1 month can purchase it much, much easier and i think it's unfair. If you dont have any plans for this i understand, and i will hope that you at Zenimax and Bethesda will have a great day!

The crown store prices aren't set in stone.. but there is speculation that 1 dollar= 100 crowns; so that would make the imperial edition about $20, which is what I paid for it. To me, it seems fair for it to be the same price.

I'm going to agree with this. Assuming $1.00 USD = 100 crowns, 2000 crowns is the same price as retail. At that price it's 2 months sub to get (1 1/3 technically, but you can't sub for 1/3 of a month), although the reason for the crown store is to move away from the sub based model to an a la carte model.

The "crown store" itself is not a purchasable item. Think of it as a currency exchange, where you can exchange real money for fake in game money (crowns), and then use the fake in game money to buy things.

For people who are subbed, they will get 1500 crowns a month. For people who are not subbed, they get nothing. They can buy crowns whenever they want at a rate of 100 crowns for $1.00 USD. The monthly sub of $15.00 gets you the same number of crowns as if you had simply bought them from the store.

So, you technically do not have to sub. You could simply pay $20.00 to buy 2000 crowns, and trade that in for the Imperial edition. You could also sub for 2 months, which would earn you $30.00 worth of crowns (3000 crowns) and then use $20.00 worth of those crowns (2000 crowns) to get the Imperial Edition. Either way, you're paying $20.00 for the Imperial Edition (all amounts USD).

NOTE: all of this is subject to change, but this is the direction it's currently moving.

You get 500C for the 'box'. If you include that with 1 month Sub, that's 2,000C.

I suggested placing creating an imperial behind the sub so only active subscribers can create that race. I figured it would make the ability a little more exclusive, but people didn't like the idea.

True, you get 500 crowns for the box, and 100 crowns for every month you were subscribed since the first launch, I was trying to keep it simple. The OP has been registered on the forums since yesterday, he \ she is probably overwhelmed between everything in the game and all the rage in the forums.

I think I would actually like the store more if we could pay with Crows rather than Crowns .....

Wasn't it 2100 on the PTS before? Did it change? If not, then new players have to pay for 2 months fo sub if they want to buy the IE with their monthly stipend.

A 'green' post in the last couple of days said the Store prices in PTS were for the most part what they will be live, and clearly gave the impression that the 2100 price for the IE will go live; but left 'wiggle room' for ZOS to change their mind.
