The crown store prices aren't set in stone.. but there is speculation that 1 dollar= 100 crowns; so that would make the imperial edition about $20, which is what I paid for it. To me, it seems fair for it to be the same price.

I'm going to agree with this. Assuming $1.00 USD = 100 crowns, 2000 crowns is the same price as retail. At that price it's 2 months sub to get (1 1/3 technically, but you can't sub for 1/3 of a month), although the reason for the crown store is to move away from the sub based model to an a la carte model.

You get 500C for the 'box'. If you include that with 1 month Sub, that's 2,000C.
I suggested placing creating an imperial behind the sub so only active subscribers can create that race. I figured it would make the ability a little more exclusive, but people didn't like the idea.
