The typical nightblade character is not going to be in for a long haul fight.
In a battle of attrition i would expect a stealthy rogue to lose which is fine. But their dps is too low for insta kills as well
....except against other nbs.
Zos have not designed this game for stealth.

Yeah this isn't like other MMO's where stealth gankers reigned supreme (for the most part) when solo roaming. It's unfortunate but oh well.
All classes can make builds like that, go watch a thrilling 30 minute video of "elite" duellers.
Only difference in 1.5 is that NB and sorc needs to use a resto to pull it of. While DK or templar can use other weapons. But as long as you turtle up, self-heal, heavy- and light attack and try to drain your opponent stamina for all eternity or until you fall asleep, you're good to go.
I personally don't think it's a problem with players being tanky or hard to kill. That should be a legit playstyle. Not everyone wants to play glass house with a sniper riffle. Issue is how certain builds can do both, be tanky as hell and dish out high dmg. Guessing this is mostly due to the fact that ESO lacks talent threes with restrictions, so you can mix tank, heal and dps skills freely with no drawbacks. Probably really hard to balance.
