Heavy armor: Constitution passive?

So it should give .15% of max health as mag and Sta so with full set of plate its 9% of max health... Only once in 2 seconds can this happen when you are hit.

At what level this will start to aid you? I am currently 19 and i have placed everything to health just to test this.. But it does not seem to help at all.. i am low or out of stamina quite fast if battle takes longer than usual or enemies are more than 2.. I have all the passives needed to reduce sta costs as much as possible at this level, i also have sword&board setup and passives to help reduce block and skill costs..

Yet, This does not seem to work very well..

What are your experiences regarding this passive? is it helpful and how do you keep up your stamina?

I am Templar with only stamina skills in use currently.

If you're a Templar you 100% want Restoring Aura(radiant aura when morphed) on your bar.

I have that on any stam build I use, and is normally the only magica skill I use, so I keep it up 95% of the time for excellent regen.

Also, keep Cleansing Ritual and Rushed Ceremony on your second bar for cleanses and emergency heals.

Heavy armor is not very well thought out imo. it is especially worthless for pvp.

Not true at all, especially for Templar tanks in PvP. My 5heavy 2light Blazing shield tank build is the most fun I've had in PvP.

Wait. 0.15 * 7 = 1.05 Where you get 9%? And it's not something that you'll notice. It's more like a little buff to your regen. It was nice because it can't be capped. Not so cool in 1.6.

hahaha so you are a blazing shield/shield caster who cannot kill anything ever but can live forever then? not my idea of fun.

I can kill just fine, but that's not the point of the build. The purpose is to run right into the middle of the zerg trains, do as much damage as possible with blazing shield and have them focus on me instead of the others that will be doing the killing. And with 5piece seducers / 4 piece magnus I can spam shields and spears all day long. Throw in a devouring swarm and it's actually awesome dps in the middle of an enemy zerg.

And yes, the survivability is pretty ridiculous. It takes some getting used to squishier DPS builds when I change it up.

Yes, radiant aura is indeed in the drawing table..

What do you think of focused charge? It sounded like a nice opener until i finally got it and found out that i basically get stunned for a moment after using it.. No skills can be qued while charging and nothing but basic attacks seem to work for seconf or so after charge is used..

As for constitution passive.. Yes indeed not 9%.. That would be OP :D But Still.. In my case that 9 is the amount of magicka and stamina given at every 2 seconds if i am hit, i would not really call it a buff.. maybe this passive should be buffed so it can happen once each 1.5 seconds and be 0.25% of maximum health.. Then it would actually feel like something nice.. As for heavy armor has no other regenrative resource management passives, this should be more effective...
