Game crash after character select

I can login and choose a character but after that it crashes on the loading screen but the music still plays.

any help is appreciated

i have already been in touch with support, i was posting on here for anyone else having the problem really thanks, and thanks for removing the attachment.

Finally got it fixed, I had to change language on the launcher to french join game and leave all guilds.

I was experiencing the same issue, however mine was resolved by asking customer support to move my character to a different location.

Here was the comment from customer support: "It could also be an issue with the location of your character. There are some known quests that cause the game to crash and do not allow you back on that specific character."
