In many ways, there's no point to an ESO website maintaining a running log of things from PTS because testers will report and asjustments will be made until release (or at least that's the theory).

#Edit: Sorry, I was trying to point out that any information concerning the game on the PTS can be considered very volatile so it isn't generally worth an external websites time to discuss it, on a page, out of forums, as it might be changed while being discussed.
