I know a lot of you guys are frothing at the mouth of nerfs and bugs on the PTS...but look at how the game stabilized after a somewhat messy launch. They'll clean it up. I have to give these guys credit. They're actually trying to improve their game rather than flopping out content on top of sloppy building blocks.

Why bring in Champion System when there is nothing you can do with your VR14 to earn EXP? The whole point of the patch is to make you earn EXP again, but where should you earn them when there is nothing new.
Doing the same stuff for the 6th month in a row now? Boring.
1.6 includes quite a bit of new content. Much of which is excellent content such as the Justice System, found in prior ES titles. And yes, I can't wait until 1.7; but 1.6 is essential in so many ways as it improves the fundamentals of the game itself.
As much as I want to content... no. The fact that they are adding the CS means most of the players I run with aren't playing b/c they aren't getting anything for their xp as of now and they know they will be soon. So new content wouldn't get much use.
