ESO crashes after the cinematic

After I log in and the Cinematic is over it goes to a load screen after the load screen the game crashes and it says, eso has stopped unexpectedly and then it lists a crash report. What do I do to fix this problem?

After the cinematic, the game will generally go to character select, where it actually starts rendering the game. There are quite a few factors that can cause an issue at this point, such as not meeting the minimum requirements to run the game, out of date video card drivers, etc. Your best bet is to contact customer support with a game consultant file, which contains information that can help us diagnose the exact issue!0
