My Top Ten List, because five isn't enough, this is all from my PvP build perspective.

1. Ritual - Last Stand: Grants Ultimate when you fall below 20% Health.
2. Lover - Synergizer: Grant Ultimate when activating synergies.
3. Lady - Unchained: Reduce cost of Stamina abilities after using Break Free.
4. Lord - Quick Recovery: Increases healing received.
5. Steed - Resistant: Reduces amount of damage you take from critical hits.
6. Lady - Resilient: Restores Health when you are critically hit.
7. Tower - Warlord: Reduces cost of all Stamina abilities.
8. Lady - Spell Absorption: Restores Magicka when hit with Magic damage.
9. Atronach Tactician: Sets enemy off-balance when you dodge roll their attack.
10. Ritual - Exploiter: Increases damage to off-balance enemies.

I went with what I'd use for my build, which will probably be 4L/2M/1H in 1.6, for the Undaunted Rank 9 bonus and general protection, as well as the Stamina Recovery and cost reduction, not sure if people realize this, but when you find an enchantment, or passive, that "Reduces the Cost of Stamina Abilities" it applies to blocking and roll dodging, or at least it does in 1.5, which is why I use two of those enchantments as opposed to Block Cost Reduction enchants, better to have block and dodge cost less, than just block.

Also loved the Tactician and Exploiter passives, they work wonders together, roll dodge someones' attack and turn around to slap them in the face with a higher damaged Surprise Attack or Flame Lash. The reason the Ultimate generating passives are first instead of Unchained is because Zenimax didn't balance Ultimate generation in 1.6, they hosed it. They hosed it bad. So I'll definitely be investing in those trees and getting myself the Bloodspawn set when I can. Spell Absorption is a must for any Magicka based class build, no matter what, it's way too good to pass up, Resistant and Resilient are self-explanatory, Impenetrable is worthless in 1.6, these passives will save my life more than Impenetrable. Quick Recovery was for Green Dragon's Blood, as any type of healing done, received, or taken bonuses apply to that, so yeah. These are the passives I'm going to be focusing on in 1.6, then I'll branch out to....

Tower - Magician: Reduces cost of spells.
Steed - Block Expertise: Reduces cost of blocking.
Atronach - Riposte: Chance to return damage to opponent when blocking.

For obvious reasons. Got to balance your Magicka/Stamina in 1.6, or you're going to melt quickly, luckily Impenetrable is useless, so I can throw on Divines and gather myself up more maximum Stamina, and if it gets high enough, might be able to throw some of the extra stats into Magicka or Health, probably Health, as 1.6 damage is insanely un-balanced. Anyways, thanks for the video so I could see the exact percentages Sypher, I think most of them max out at 24.9% (You can't see the extra 0.9% in the Champion window) Though there may be a few exceptions.
