Today I´ll show you the worl.. uhm difference on stats based on your invested champion-points.

For this I used an average dps Stamina Build as you can see in the following screen:
TwJkMLu.png

Other important things:
- I used Drinks instead of Buff-Food to show you the scaling of our new passives a little better.
- You´re able to get every Passive with a total of 1.080 Passive, don´t forget this
- It´s not all about the stats, some Passive gain better healing, healing with Bash etc. this is a thing you won´t see in the following screens

1) 0 Champion-Points
QL3R36z.png

2) 300 Champion-Points
fktjKTo.png

3) 600 Champion-Points
UJEk9bL.png

4) 1080 Champion-Points

5) 3600 Champion Points

Have fun.

Right, you need roughly 900 points to get back where you're already at on live right now.

Happy grinding to stay competitive :)

Good job! But IMO it's better to separate it into 3 different screenshots. Too much lines and numbers for one picture.

I'll make some other screens at home, until that you're able to play with the calculator or look at the screen above.. :P

I just want to show that there is a huge difference between new coming players who reached max. Level and players who played a 'bit' more.
Ofc there should be a difference between new and long time players, but like this?

Don't forget that buff food isn't used here.
In addition to that the screen doesn't include PvP buffs like the 5k Hp buff.
No points in health or health enchants / set bonus either.

I cannot agree with you. I thought the same way just 1 month ago, but this weekend I did more testing on the PTS and I soloed normal DS to level 6-7 with DK and NB with 20k HP and 70CP. Yes it takes time because my DPS is not the best, around 6k but it is manageable.
The big problem again will be the PvP balance. Because glass cannon builds can hit like a truck now and a lot casual players will die before even react. Turtle builds can tank 5-6 people and so on. And then the nerf crying will start.
    Because I can!

I will post screens of DK tank differences soonish but so far it looks like this:

    0CP - Ant-Man
    900CP - Spiderman
3600CP - Galactus, Devourer of Worlds.

It's about the difference caused by the amount of CP on the stats alone.
You also get other passives like heal on bashes, better heals etc.
And it's already a huge difference without any passives you get..
Of course I'm able to do PvE with 70 CP, but a Player with 900 CP does it far more easy, the gap between new and long time players is just to huge.. It kinda feels like an Asia Grind.
You need these points to get accepted in good grps and you can basically see them as levels.

I agree with you that a gap between the players will be created in the future. Probably 500 CP will be enough if you switch for DPS, Tank or Heal passives.

I've suggested that myself and honestly lots of people would buy them.....

It can reach 60k in PvP. But this will be in the future. Unless somebody finds an exploit for super fast grind.

They are already sold in form of XP boosters.

1100 Champion Points with 10% Booster means you've "bought" 100.
1300 Champion Points with 30% worth of XP boosts (they've been confirmed to stack) equals 300 "bought" Champion Points.

    And so on...

I'm totally lost on this whole system. But, I have one character level 24. Sat at level 17 from July until last week when I started playing again. So my question: does/will all of this Champion System stuff affect me at all or is it more for people already in Veteran rank?

It won't affect you right now. You should be at least VR1 in order to earn CP. But the skill changes will affect you as the new ultimate generation and buff system.

IMO, it doesn't really matter how distant in the future the problem will occur. It should be considered now.

This system has the potential for huge problems for every type of content if ZOS doesn't plan it out properly now.

    Ouch.

Thanks for the work Soulac. I'm really not looking forward to grinding out 830 more CPs. Since, I have yet to even earn 1 CP on the PTS (playing around - not really trying); it's going to take forever.
