Spear-The animation is in the game

So in Auridon, Skywatch in front of the is 2 Fighters Guild recruits sparring, with spears. Watching them you can see the animation for Light Attacks, and the Heavy attack..so obviously Spear combat is in the game...but why was it not added? Why was Morrowind the LAST ES game to have spears >:(

✭✭✭✭✭Wierd??? Spear combat is a classic. Okay, not in games, maybe, but in history... older then swords by far, and kept alive through many kinds of polearms until improving firearms finally made pikemen obsolete.
I'm all for a polearm weapon line, and adding that one to crafting as well... so many interesting polearms one could divide on the racial styles, from imperial spears to dwemer halberds, from breton glaives to akaviri naginata...1 -
Crimsonorion✭✭✭Its one thing if the animations weren't in the code or anything, but seeing these two NPC's fight its obvious Spear/Polearm Light and Heavy attack animations are in the code...so why not add them??
