Current experience bonuses and inconsistencies

Does anyone know of any current experience bonuses? I know the Ring of Mara is one way of gaining an xp bonus, but recently I have noticed that when i'm in the same location fighting the same mobs i'm gaining different xp numbers. For instance, I was on my lvl17 Khajiit Templar and was gaining 127 for a zombie husk (lvl 18), but when I went to the same location with my lvl17 Dunmer Sorcerer I would only gain 95 xp.

I tried a couple different scenarios; in group, solo, lvl differences and can't find a set pattern in relevance to their xp gains. Anyone have a guide I can reference or any input at all on this?

I remember reading something about a "finesse" bonus for kills that applies when you don't just spam one ability.

Crown Store will have XP potions for sale for both Crowns and in-game gold. Not sure what the bonus they'll give will be though.

Do you remember where you read that? If it is not in action it sounds like a really cool idea.

I will try and use different abilities and see if it helps. Thanks for the input.

Would wearing training gear affect this in addition to skill XP?

The only other thing I can think of is if there were other people in your area in close proximity maybe that would affect the XP.

Sounds a bit buggy to me tho.
