Will ESO ever see Talos come to power?

In this concept for the future of ESO I suggest the following:

    The Elder Wood Expedition
: A boxed expansion giving players access to Atmora, the frozen continent to the north of Tamriel. This expansion could explore the ancestors of Tiber Septim and could have the player actually influencing the development of Atmora and could set things in motion that would eventually have Tiber Septim make his way to Tamriel. Atmora could be another 2-4 zones and could include the playable race of Atmorans, from which the Nords sprung.

You already spend time in Tiber Septim's birthplace when you play the Daggerfall Covenant. Because Septim wasn't Atmoran, he was Breton.

Tibedetha (24th Mid Year) - "It is not surprising that the lorddom of Alcaire celebrates its most famous native with a great party. Historically, Tiber Septim never returned once to his beloved birthplace."
    Source - TES 2: Daggerfall

The Arcturian Heresy - "Cuhlecain, the King of Falkreath in West Cyrodiil, was in a bad situation. [...] Leading his forces was Hjalti Early-Beard. Hjalti was from the island kingdom of Alcaire, in High Rock, and would become Tiber Septim, the First Emperor of Tamriel."
Author: The Underking - Ysmir Kingmaker (aka Ysmir Wulfharth)
    Sources - TES 3: Morrowind & TES 5: Skyrim

The Ghost of Old Hroldan - Quest in Skyrim where a ghost from Tiber Septim's army mistakes The Last Dragonborn for someone named Hjalti. This occurs at an inn called the Old Hroldan Inn, a place where Tiber Septim stayed the night long ago.
    Source - TES 5:Skyrim

Septim was never meant to be Atmoran, as we was referred to as a Breton from our earliest references to him in the series. Him being remembered as Atmoran is merely politics; done to add to his mystique and to raise himself even further in the eyes of those who would follow him. Nords were more likely to follow an Atmoran than they were a Breton, after all. ;)

And yeah, I know Alcaire isn't a set of islands. It wasn't a set of islands in Daggerfall either. Point stands that they've been saying that he was a Breton for longer than the lies about him being Atmoran. ;)

Tiber Septim wasn't even from Atmora.

I don't want to see him, ever. Because that would mean most of us lose and the PvP has no point whatsoever. This dude dragged Numidium to the Summerset Isles and subjugated them, the horror of which was never forgotten nor forgiven. What's more, he allied Nords and Bretons. Any involvement of Tiber Septim will throw the game's premise completely out of whack. So I'm going to agree with Gidorick: he can show up, but only when the servers are about to be shut down as a farewell to ESO. And a reminder that all our war efforts were for nothing, lol.

Birthplace doesn't determine race, though. Septim could have been born in the heart of the Summerset isles and could still be a nord.

Apparently, the 2 islands southwest of Stormhaven belong to Alcaire. Besides the isle of Balfiera, the only 2 noteworthy islands in the Illiac Bay. It's not farfetched to call it the island kingdom.

With Arena being set in the 3rd Era, it seems there is a decent amount of time between the rise of Talos and the events of Arena the game. So ESO could spill over into the time after Talos's rise to power without running into the events of Arena ...?
2E 828 = Alleged birth date of Septim.
2E 582 = Elder Scrolls Online takes place.

It'll never happen, as only Altmer, Dunmer, and Bosmer can live that long lore wise... xD

    And this...

"The Second Era - Also known as the "Common Era", includes the rule of the Akaviri Potentates, as well as the 400-year time period known as the Interregnum. The Elder Scrolls Online and Redguard take place in this era."
"The Third Era is the Empire of Tamriel, ruled by the Septim Dynasty, and lasts 433 years. Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, and Oblivion all take place during this era."

Hello, what about the Dragon Break, it will do the work of "time"

The aspect OP is asking for would basically destroy much of the original story in this game. So it will not happen.

I don't think so, we live in a kind of weird Sheo style annual groundhog day.

Haven't you seen that Andie MacDowel NPC in craglorn producing the weather report in that cave? Prepare for your morning dose of Bob Dylan.
    “Whatever.”
