I am not sure, if Zenimax can fix all that until next week. Because they've said, they want to release it at the end of the month. I would be happy, if they would reconsider this. I think, everyone can wait 1 week more.
The new update must be finished until March 17th. I am not aware, how the internal progress looks like, so I can only guess. But I think, giving it 1 more week and releasing it in the 1st week of march would be a good idea.Auri-El is my lord,

Deheart✭✭✭I can't find it now, but about a week or so ago there was a post from official moderators that had a definite date listing the 23rd of feb this month. And at the bottom of the official artical 'The Road Ahead they state that it will be in FEB,

This is the part where it turns out all of your characters bald? Because, honestly, I haven't been seeing many bugs on PTS aside from the horse inventory getting eaten, and that was patched up with 1.6.2.1 -
