Does the Arch-Mage set currently drop?

I just hit V12 and I'm looking for some new armour. I was interested in the Arch-Mage set since it has the same 5-piece bonus as Seducer, but includes a necklace. However, I can't find any of the pieces of armour for sale anywhere! Yet I can find blue Pendants of the Arch-Mage all over the place.
Admittedly, I haven't tried all of Tamriel yet, only Belkarth, Daggerfall, Mournhold, Rawl'kha, and Riften. But it seems very odd for the Pendant to be so easily available and yet the armour not.
Do the PvP drops have way more options for armour than for jewellery, so you have to hunt around a lot harder to find the armour? Does the armour drop as Bound on Pickup, so you have to actually find it yourself? Or is the armour just broken right now, and doesn't drop?
Please let me know.

Berinima✭✭✭The Archmage set can only be obtained from PvP vendors (random bags). If you want to buy it then you should wait until 1.6 anyway because it should drop at VR 14 then. If you don't find it, then try to get somebody who is selling AP to buy bags for you.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Drop rate is pretty low, its priced at around 50k+ per piece of light armor, the necklace is quite abit cheaper tho.

QuendiX✭✭I'm kinda collector of set pieces I already collected second Blue V12 Ring for my Warlock set and now I'm looking for Desert Rose and Arch-Mage set pieces.
I already bought:
Desert Rose:
- VR12 Blue Epaulets - 15K
- VR12 Blue Breeches- 20K
Arch-Mage:
- VR12 Blue Pendant - 1.5K (but I've seen for ~1K in guild stores after I bought)
I know there is no way to trade PVP boxes and yet I can't even open VR12 boxes.
