I haven't "liveeu" is that bad?

As i said, i haven't the "liveeu" folder, i noticed this, because i am searching a posible solution to my Problem.

(That hasn't any comment form anybody btw, not even a email)
and i was reading that, some users has this folder and they fix a problem with it..... The problem is, i haven't that folder, i won't write ALL MY problem because that would be double post, there is the link, but my question here is, is this bad to, not having, that folder, if it is, how could i fix it?? Thanks you..

✭✭If you play on the North American Megaserver you should just have "live". "liveeu" is the the one for european players.
