What should be in DLC areas?

We all know that there will be new areas coming soon that will scale to your level no matter what level you are and you can quest there, but what else do you guys/girls think will be or should be included in them?

Here's my list:
-Possibly new group dungeon
-New solo dungeon
-New Dailies that can be done solo or in a group
-New armor/weapon trait
-New armor sets, both crafted and dropped from bosses
-New motif or enhanced look of existing ones
-New skill lines
-Additional abilities/morphs
-New materials (example: Voidstone is for V9-V14, there could be a new material for V9-V14 but it will ultimately give the armor a different look/texture. Could be stuff like 'cracked Voidstone' and if you make armor with it it makes the armor look more battered and damaged)

    What should be in an DLC area?
    New dungeons, group, public and dwelves? Yes.
    New weapon trait? Not neccessarily...
    New gear sets? Definitely.
    New Motiv? Oh, yes!
    New skill lines / abilities / morphs? Those should not be tied to any single area... DLC with new skill lines ought to be "global", think upcoming thieves guild / dark brotherhood...
    New materials? Since the veteran system is going out anyhow... guess we'll have to see how the material system changes with that. And then we'll know how likely the game will need new materials...

    Are DzlCs just going to be linear? And the expansions separately with level cap raise?

    Level cap raise? You're talking about VR raise?

    As long as we have VR, they can't raise the normal levels. Unfortunately VR will be here for maybe another year at least, so... mhm.

    I really would love to see the connection of new zone + new skills.

    New zones need new quests, new delves, new group dungeons and, hopefully, some unique solo content as well. Perhaps one day new playable races as well.

    New zones will be DLCs anyway.

    - I can see quests, motifs, public group dungeons, delves etc -> being featured in the same DLC.

    - However I expect all Dungeons and Trials / Raids to be in a whole separate DLC.

    - I'd still expect DB and TG to be a separate DLC (yes with a new skill line too).

    Any new zone added to the game should incorporate what people love the most about the current zones while adding features which people want but may not exist elsewhere. That being said, here's my list.

    The zone should be accessible to every character who has escaped the prison in order to promote a sense of life. Cadwell's Gold zones often feel like ghost towns as do the city quest hubs in Cyrodiil and many sections of Craglorn. This may present a problem as a level 5 and a VR14 cannot face the same level of overland mobs.

    Speaking of which, overland mob density should be geared towards solo players and not groups of three or four.

    Quests should scale to both the number of people in the group and to the level of the group leader, regardless if a solo level 25 is working the quests or a group of seven VR14s. Overland mob content may make this difficult to achieve.

    All quests (except for possibly an introductory travel to quest) should be repeatable and offer respectable loot and experience for earning Champion Points. A minimum of 40-50 quests should be added.

    New quests for the Fighters Guild and Mages Guild should be added. Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood quests should be included if those guilds are available.

    Players enjoy the public dungeons like The Lions' Den, Razak's Wheel and The Vile Manse. Any new zone should contain 2-5 of these types of dungeons and they all should come with quests (including a trinket quest), group challenges, several bosses and a skyshard.

    Players also enjoy the regular delves which they can solo or duo. They all should have a quest, a skyshard and at least one boss, if not two or more. Delve entrances should offer the option of entering a public instance or an instance scaled to the level and size of the group and its leader, be it 1 or 24 members in size. At least a dozen or more delves should be added. The Cyrodiil delves are good models to reference.

    Players enjoy the world bosses that usually require a small group to defeat. None of these should be soloed, though. Add a few that can be defeated with 3-5 people. Add a few that require 20 or more players to defeat, sort of like the Daedroth and Titans blocking the entrances to the Imperial City.

    At least two or three new Undaunted dungeons should be added. If three are added, they should vary in difficulty from easy to moderate to hard.

    At least two or three new Trials should be added, all of which should have their difficulty modeled on Sanctum's difficulty. Trash mobs should not be skipped and the trials should never be completed in under 20 minutes.

    Add more Dark Anchors. It is ridiculous to think Molag Bal would drop anchors only in 16 zones and not any others.

    Make the zones more free flowing from an exploration perspective. Mountains are fine but rock faces and other obstacles that exist solely to block users from going from point A to point B are not wanted.

    A dozen or more over world skyshards should be added.

    A new motif should be added for every zone. If pages/chapters are included, allow them to be included in crafting writ rewards.

    Add new, interesting zone specific loot rewards and stealable goods.

    Add new Lorebooks and recipes.

    Add new dyes and achievements.

    Add new zone specific flora and fauna.

    Allow all three factions to play together but do not permit combat between the factions.

    Most importantly of all, make it fun.
