Fiord Legacy doesnt come in veteran version?

Does it only drop for low levels? Why doesnt it drop for v14?

Max level for Fiord's Legacy is 23-25. There are several useful sets that don't drop in veteran levels.

It does not, it's a max of Level 23. As with Night Mother's Embrace has a max of Level 28. Both sets are highly sought after (especially in 1.6). But I can tell you as a Player with both sets it doesn't matter about the Level, the Armor difference between VR and mid 20's doesn't make any difference. This is the price we pay for having super beneficial sets, they often only drop in low level ranges.

Yup, my VR14 temp farmer wears level 20 Fiords and yeah I have to work harder to remove Giants or trolls in my way but the speed is nice. I die in craglorn though if I sneeze towards a wasp. But res and go back to farming.

Would be great to have this in VR14!

I have no such problem in my Fiord set, but I'm a NB and those Wasps have never been a problem for me. My "Farming" set is 5pc Fiord + 3pc Cyrodiil's Ward (mounted speed) + 3pc Potentates (I couldn't think of anything else "useful" for the last 3 spots) and I can handle any group pull in Craglorn that's in my way, it just takes longer to kill and I use Pots more often than I do in my Grinding set.

I made the suggestion that these lower level sets would make a great (scaled) addition to the rewards given in Veteran Dungeons rather than the blank blue and purples we see all the time. Sadly, I doubt it was heard.

5-piece Fiord's Legacy + 3-piece Ward Of Cyrodiil + 3-piece Night's Silence + Stamina necklace + medium armor passives + The Steed mundus.

That is the fastest, longest endurance harvesting setup possible. Combine it with bolt escape or retreating maneuver for even faster harvesting.

) very nice... I've no excuses for wiping to them, my farmer is a temp after all. Pure laziness on my part. I farm in the morning and am focused on guzzling coffee. But my pride is now taking a beating, lol, so I guess I need to do better. ))

Then you also have to start practicing running down stairs because your going so fast you actually fall off them, but falling is slower then running at this point and must be avoided.

At one point I was farming on my NB... Try adding retreating maneuvers + refreshing path + mist form ontop of fiords and cyrodill set and it's just a blast.

I do miss the stacking of nights silence with vamp... Something about passing light horses in stealth seemed so right.

Most things, "Nothing", is a somewhat mistaken tho. The speed from rapid manouver for instance will stack with the last bow passive after dodge. Im sure there are others, but they are rare.

Is that Passive a 40% speed boost like Retreating Maneuvers and Refreshing Path is? I obviously can't get on PTS atm to check and Esohead hasn't been updated since August, it still says 30% for 2/2. I could rephrase to say "No Major or Minor buffs of the same value stack anymore".

Good to know - thanks - but yeah I could solo v13 wasps/welwas in Upper Crag in Seducer and Twilights on my v3 (and I *think* even v2)- v5 (currently) Templar.

It was interesting reading about those sets though - so thanks!

Would love to see this set make a return at vet levels. There are some great sets in this game that just aren't being represented well.

I second this, there is quite a few of these low level sets that would make great sets for vet ranks.
