Stealth speed in 1.6 - Looking for some numbers

Apparently the one crafted armor set will removed the stealth movement penalty. Bringing your base stealth movement speed to 100%. Concealed weapon for a nightblade will grant an additional 25%, and the vampire passive will increase that again.

The above are all ways to increase movement speed while stealthed, but I have a few questions.

1. What % increase is the vampire passive?
2. Is that crafted armor the only way to increase movement speed other than the above listed powers?
3. Given that some of the nightblade powers are moving to stamina (surprise attack the one I am looking at) what would be the best way to keep good stealth speed?

I am thinking I want to drop Vampire in favor of Werewolf given the medium armor "buff". Just looking for a good way to keep my travel times to a minimum.

Thanks :)

The vampire passive also negates the stealth penalty. The same as the armor. Both give 100% sneak speed. They used to stack but then it was 100% vampire speed + 60% night silence speed + 25% + retreating = faster then a horse on steroids while sneaking :-)

So now you can choose either vampire or armor = negate sneak speed penalty. Add 25% if you want so you can sneak 125% max. Use retreating manouvres for some extra, but not necessary.

Edit: so to add extra sneak speed, all you can do is -->wear medium armor (full) and drink speed potions and get all passives from soon to be talent tree.

"I am a nightblade. Blending the disciplines of the stealthy agent and subtle wizard, I move unseen and undetected, foil locks and traps, and teleport to safety when threatened, or strike like a viper from ambush. The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. The key to a nightblade's success is avoidance, by spell or by stealth; with these skills, all things are possible."

The new Blurr NB skill works well OP. 40% increase in movement speed, stacks with vamp or armor and concealed weapon. It also does not break stealth.

Night's Silence set bonus does not stack with the Vampire sneak speed any more, thankfully. It also does not stack with Shadow Dancer's Raiment. You can have the set bonus, or Vamp, but not both.

My goal here is to drop vampire all together, and try out werewolf (because I haven't leveled it etc). I like the blur idea a lot actually. Is there a listing for the new talent tree movement speeds?

    Thanks.

This looks nice! However, I am a stamina user and the new ability (the opposite of concealed weapon - I forget the name) is now based on stam. So I wanted to drop vamp, drop concealed weapon, and still be able to move decently while stealth.

Looks like the blur thing is a good route to take, but only lasts 4 seconds?
