Betrayed by ZOS, where is my High Elf siege wep I was promised?

Words cannot express how outraged I am. Your trailer promised me the ability to chain up Altmer and use them as siege weapons.

It's been a year, why is this key advertised selling point of Cyrodiil still not in the game?! To date, I have not once been able to so much as even dramatically unhood a dirty elf. The closest we can get is chain pulling them - and you even had to y-axis nerf that! Do you know how immersion breaking this is?

I, along with the rest of your loyal customers feel betrayed by this great injustice and demand this feature be promptly implemented into the game.

If you look closely you can clearly see this is actually a natural Altmer sneeze. For a normal Mer the intensity of a regular sneeze can stop the heart for a moment, but in some elementally talented individuals sneezing can have a much more devastating effect. Electrically charged boogers should not be underestimated
