will all factions ever be able to group up for dungeon ?

What I would like to see is any from any faction to be able to team up to do dungeons runs together.
Why I ask this is when I started playing, as all players I did not understand the game mechanics and I am still learning; when I got to the vet levels with my sorc I created a 2nd character and on Ebon heart only to find that I could not team up with any Aldmeri guild mates. I only found this out when I was like level 10 on my EP toon.
But I was not going to delete it after spending a few hours in stonefalls on low level
My idea was at the time to create different classes in different factions. I did not know that Cadwells silver and gold would take you through all the factions as well.
Will this ever happen ZOS ? Just a curiosity not lambasting

LIQUID741✭✭✭I believe a lot will change with console release. IMO, the console type vs. the PC MMO type are somewhat different..also take into consideration that you are opening your game to a larger crowd, with a varying opinion of the game. I could see mass changes and hopefully good ones if they choose to listen to the community. And in that I mean the larger community about to enroll to fight.Solid-Nightblade of AD0
