Is the justice system in yet? I see no owner tags on containers.

Started playing again after a long time away. But have been skimming the forums since day one of ESO. Made a new character on a second account, and once out of opener I see nothing different in names on containers and such, even in bank area.

Is it safe to search containers for now? And when will it not be?

1.6 will hopefully be out at the end of February. Check out the PTS if you want to steal stuff

Basically, start a download of the PTS software, while this is processing, go to the ESO PTS forum and read a few dozen posts there to see what is going on.

Sounds like I have at least a week to work on getting all the basic racial motif books for my new characters then.

Not looking forward to the upcoming changes. As it will mean a much harder time getting the recipes and provisioner ingredients. For an account with low funds, it will be expensive to have to buy the ingredients. Ah well....

Well there will still be delves and dungeon containers you can loot. There are also the occasional non owned container around.

Yeah, and some of the docks here and there, the ones with bandits and such. I'm hoping those will be places to go later.
