✭actually the outlaw refuges are really cool! Reminds me of the thieves guild in skyrim underground..They did a really good job creating that feeling.1 -

I believe Jessica's quote was pulled from a thread dealing with having a large bounty and no money, thus unable to interact with bank or NPC to clear bounty even when killed. I noticed how they already have cooking fires, they just aren't interactable yet.

Yep, happened to me during the crime wave event lol. I had like 20k bounty on a template. Dropped all my gold into the bank before hand lol. After a while I tried to get some money and had a rude awakening lol1 -

Shady types that would give you however much you needed to pay off your debt and if you didn't pay them off, they would send guys after you. This sort of thing exists in Tamriel. I did some mission where I collected money for a Khajiit that was owed by a few people.
You could borrow however much you wanted for any reason you wanted. There could be a 10%-50% "charge" depending on how long you needed the money. You are given 1-5 real days to pay your debt. Don't pay... they break your knees.
