What classes do all guilds need?

I just started playing ESO and made an arogonian nightblade, but then I heard that, like, everyone is a nightblade and that most guilds won't let you in because they already have so many nightblades.
What classes do most guilds not have, but they can't have enough of it/need more of?
Please also say what race and class.
Example:
A Breton sorcerer, healer is what all guilds need! No one wants to go healer because it's really hard to play, but your guild with thank you for it.

None of the Guilds I am in care about what class my characters are. You don't join a guild per character, your join per account. And each account has 8 character slots so roll what you want.
Perhaps a Trials focused Guild may have some criteria, but that is 3 dungeons worth of content and the point to those is to repeat them, over and over again.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Aetherian Archives top 30:
44% DK,
21% NB,
20% Templars,
15% Sorcs
Sanctum top 30:
41% DK,
24% NB,
22% Templars,
13% Sorcs
Vet DSA Top 30:
43% DK,
23% NB,
21% Templars,
12% Sorcs

So for end-game PVE raiding the class most in demand, by a huge margin, is DK.1 -
