You're right. Also, I realize the realities of the new business model, and this will be more profitable for the game in the long-run, hopefully making it better for everyone.2 -

Yea... but what are you going to do? Let them have them. Doesn't devalue my battlecat mount at all. It's still awesome.

Fortunately, there are only 90 days in a 90 day subscription, so they will not be able to game the system like that. There is also no way they could have 212 days since all subs are in 30 day increments. They would either have 210 days or 240; there is no option in between. The least amount of time you would need on March 15 is 210 days elapsed. Then you could pay for another 90 days, which is the longest subscription at the moment, and you could qualify for the tiger.
You could also go out and buy time cards but that requires a whole new level of math that I am not qualified to try.

Your math is correct. I was thinking in months of time.
I didn't even consider game time cards, which would potentially allow any idiot to buy 10 of them and get the mount, even if they started today.1 -
