As you guys know when you reach a certain level you can quest in the zones occupied by the other factions. However you can actually see them.

We should all be able to interact with each other no matter how far we've progressed in the game or what faction were on. Also give the players the choice of any race faction combo, nothing is more immersion breaking than being forced into a faction you don't like just so you can play your favorite race.
