    Sure Wolves are the reason for the lag. By removing them, ZOS doesnt need to address zergballs as lag causers and can proceed buffing them so soon everyone will run in a train.

    Yeah awesome one big PvP world with 0 animals in it! ZOS remove the leafs of the trees or better remove the trees just make a desert with a keep because its not at all the AoE which is probably causing lag -_-

    In 3 months after all of the animals are finally removed the npcs will be gone and the lag will still remain.

    Is this an undocumented change? (I didn't see it in the patch notes). Can you gain ultimate from other NPCs in Cyrodiil?

    Yeah, I just tested, definitely still do get ult gen proc from light attack on wolves in Cyrodil.

    After more testing, it's a bug.

    Let us take a moment and pray to Dee Tick; ult gen now bugs out to where it doesn't proc on light/heavy atks on anything. This is what you get for complaining about it not proccing on shields.

    I DEMAND all the cities be removed from cyrodiil. the NPCs inside these cities cause Gigantic lag, ESSPECIALLY the imperial city battles.

    What I always wondered, if someone gets the buff, and then someone heals them with say... 4 seconds remaining, then the buff runs out, and the player getting healed heals the person that healed them. Couldn't you just piggy back the buff endlessly?

    Also, do frogs still proc it? cause I know where to find them in Cyrodiil :smiling_imp:
