i agree as well, the leveling process in an mmo is supposed to be where the player learns game mechanics and how to play.
the origional vet level areas were pretty good, by forcing ppl to l2p, but now, ur just 1 shotting things in 1-50 zones, and 2-3 shotting things in vet zones.
how is one supposed to be prepared for any type of end game content if this is what we have to learn on?
The overland content must cater to players with relatively little game knowledge and skill. If it doesn't, they can't really advance.
If you want a challenge in TESO, you can find it. But you have to leave something for the utterly casual.
It's by no means an exaggeration. All you have to do is wield a bow and use [Snipe] and you can VERY EASILY take down casters in 2 hits... it takes more if they're armored, granted, but [Mark Target] rectifies this.
I am extremely disappointed by how many of you want to tune up difficulty. If not every single ability with full Health build doesn't kill mobs easily, then it shouldn't be increased in difficulty.
Isn't that what Craglorn is for, though?SuraklinPrime wrote: »Right now I don't feel it helps players get ready for vet dungeons or trials or PvP where some get a rude awakening as content steps up quite a lot..
