Barber shop feature. Directly into the game or cash shop feature?

No, I would like to see it in the cash shop.
I think these things look odd in the game and often result in poor decisions as lighting impact visual results.

The length of detail in these characters needs to be done of the character creation screen vs an ingame npc/building.

How does ZOS make money then?

By making the amount of gold required to purchase an item very high? That way the people who want to pay with gold can spend the time to collect the gold and those who don't want to do that can buy the token in the store.

That way we have both options and ZOS still gets to make money.

Barber shop should be an npc you visit and pay gold to change your hair/beard/etc. Changing your height/race and things like that should be cash shop.

It's a nice thought, and a nice compromise. But will never happen.

The whole dynamic between the have's and have-not's is a helluva monetary motivator.

By delivering high quality content (what they didn't while it was P2P).

    Undecided.
I'd prefer directly in game, but I don't care as long as we get one.

    An idea:

Do to so many strong opinions... perhaps a 50/50. Simple cosmetics like hair/adornments/make-up be in game. Then other changes, such as facial reconstruction, body type, etc, be crown store. I will not comment on race or gender as I simply do not want to initiate more bickering and arguing on this whole subject. Just a thought...

But again, I don't really care either way, as long as one shows up. Which I believe it was recently confirmed they are currently working on it.

I would like a Barbere Shop ingame, paid with gold, for hairstyle, beard, colour and adornments.

The cash shop can have the more in-depth, facial structure and body changing options.

If I had it my way, then the barber shop option would essentially be free to everyone...if you bothered to go through the connected quest. Otherwise you go to the cash shop for convenience.

But if it was simple mechanic that had no preliminary requirements, then I say put it into the game so we can pay for the service in gold.

If they did this I would argue that every single item be put in the crown store. All mats. All motifs. All completed armor. Everything that's not "quest rewards"

Directly into the game for all existing customization options, with additional hairstyles/tattoos/etc available in the Crown Store.
