you can figure it out. We never lag like that against AD of equal numbers. pretty clear what's going on.
Whats pretty clear is how delusional you are. I'd call it a fact.

Are you reading the forums because your Dark Flare finger needs a break?

Yeah, that's another aoe spam lag skill that we've experienced. We have AD and DC making the same observations here. I sided with EP when the scrolls were hacked. This is in the same vein.

Please use the correct terminology when it comes to describing a previous situation. Hacking is not the correct term here. Unintended mechanics is more fitting.

Two little facts about this game and those scrolls.

    1. The current mechanics of the game allow you to get behind the gate and take the scroll. It is not intended to be that way.

    2. Dark Flare Spam/Double-Healing Debuffs are currently within the game mechanics but also not intended to work the way they do.

Have you ever you ever ran with a group who intentionally place multiple healing debuffs against the their targets knowing full well that some are not immediately purgable?

No one in this game can complain about 'Hacked Scrolls' when everyone at some point or another has ran with a group and/or intentionally used a mechanics within the game that have used not as intended.

AD don't zerg. They actually have good equipment and strategy.

DC and EP on the other hand:

    Zerg:
a force consisted of large group of lower level players (often with only basic equipment) who use numbers rather then strategy to defeat the enemy, therefore requiring no skill.

Blending the disciplines of the stealthy agent and subtle wizard, I move unseen and undetected, foil locks and traps, and teleport to safety when threatened, or strike like a viper from ambush. The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. The key to a nightblade's success is avoidance, by spell or by stealth; with these skills, all things are possible."

Omg some people are so naive and stupid and arrogant to the main issue people are pointing out. The issue is not zergs, the issue is not 50 people grouping up together. The main issue at the moment is the population of EP all day every day. We're outnumbered 3 to 1.

the issue is the lag that some groups cause.

Almost all groups have members who use healing abilities to gain ultimate outside of a fight or prepping for a fight outside of a keep/outpost/resource. No one is as guilty as this as EP. We all know for a fact that 40-60 EP outside of Sej spamming healing springs getting ready to come in causes a hell of a lot of lag. Then the second they drop there 30 negates another 15 players are immediately spamming healing springs again to get their negates up ASAP because heavens forbid if they actually have to earn their ulti.

We are all guilty of it, but to certain group's extreme's.

Just to point out. I can never ever once name a time when its been AD vs DC and we or they ever lost a keep to lag. Where as with EP vs AD happens almost every other night.

I concur. One group in my faction that did a lot of this spamming lost its leader, broke up, and I see far less spamorams on DC now.

I don't think there is a solution to the current EP population... what do u expect ZOS to do? Force ppl to other factions? Theres nothing that can be done about it on their part, only the players have that choice, but lets be real here nothings gonna change

You could change your attitude about zerging. Instead of gloating about it on the forums (not talking to you specifically but other players) you could be humble about the fact that you outnumber the other factions and like run with huge groups and nightcap [snip] just to win campaigns.

The problem is EP likes to form up into a bomb group and just run around in a blob spamming abilities. It isn't against ToS or anything and it is effective. This is not my play-style, but it is effective. Don't deny it, you should know this to be true.

The problem here isn't that people are doing it, but that there is no effective counter to it aside from grouping up in a giant ball and rolling into the other blob while spamming abilities.

I don't want to do that. The siege weapon with bonus damage for under pop is a start, but I think a siege weapon that does more damage to players stacked tightly together would be more effective.

Indeed. It would also help if EP didn't send their players into the DC zone chat to trash DC. I won't name names, but there's a nightly contingent of EP gloaters who trash DC. Also, some brag about clogging up our queue. Laugh all yup want, but we experience it.

Lastly, no one forces EP to lagspam. Other servers do it far less, based on the evidence that DC and AD experienced.

The problem is that EP does this when they outnumber DC/AD. Whenever DC has a full on zerg going on they beat the EP zerg, i've witnessed this first hand. It's the fact that EP is active during all hours of the day and night because they don't need sleep. Whenever 50+ people is balling up against 2 bars thats defending on two fronts because of the constant AD at Ash, its gets to be a bit ridiculous and not fun to play against. EP can convince themselves that balling up and nightcapping is the most effective way to win but it really just shows everyone how [snip] EP is.

The problem is that this playstyle lags the server out and ruins the game for everyone. Witness the scroll of chim the other night. EP could get it because no one could attack them. In that case, lag helped EP.

Tapping the esc key a bunch of times will usually resync so you can target them. It is a pain to tap it while trying not to die though.
