(Sorry, we know that isn't the answer you were hoping for.)

Although just to clear up a misconception in that last post: you are not transferring your characters, just copying them. Guilds will have to be reformed (I assume), but your PC character does not disappear if you copy the account to console. The two characters will progress independently on their platforms once you make the copy.

This is exactly why I made the suggestions...there is a lot of speculation around this but by definition....account copy = copy.
Its not defined as an account or character transfer so the Guild in some respects would require a specific answer from ZOS.
ie: Players will remain in a guild but all guild will be unamed and if the Guild leader doesn't copy over...XYZ is the result. If XYZ occurs to char 1 then...and character 2 in another guild... Guild 1 and 2....while Guild 3 is XYZ and then...for characters 1 -2 but not guild 2...

I highly doubt they'd be able to transfer guilds. You'd need all the guild leadership to come over at the same time, banks, stores, funds, etc. would need to transfer. It would just be a mess.

For those guilds who wanted to play on console and took the temporary pc offer. They spent time stocking their GB in preparation for the console.
It isn't really anymore advantageous than a v14 character duplicate.
Also, stocking X item to sell would require new console users to save and level, which would take a bit of time.
It could also help start the in game economy.
