Well, having sent a few "Please Return because my guy is full and I'm 2/3rd through this dungeon" to a complete stranger with a similar name as my friend... and also having COD'd the wrong person a few times... maybe gives us a heads up before we pork a mail?

Plus there was the add-on that automatically triggered cash tranfers by mail, as I recall.
I imagine the need to confirm any such dispatch will save a lot of players grief, and the customer support staff a lot of time. It sounds a winner to me!3 -

You have to kill the right-most boss first and the rest go down instantly (in Stormhaven, spider Nest).
Took a few tries, but then there were three of us and we killed that right-most boss fairly quickly with some roots, etc. and the other bosses stopped bugging. Just wondering why they otherwise would have put her on waivers. Maybe she retired, maybe she's on vacation, I dunno.
I've been getting crap from some of my hirelings, lately, like - just 5 rawhide scraps for a level 36 'toon with level 50 cloth crafting.
The crap hireling emails are a recent development, they were average in the past.
Maybe that and the missing elf are signs of cost-cutting by the suits?
You gotta start wondering:
- when the electronic loot gets cut back....
- when digital NPCs are laid off....

arena25✭✭✭✭✭This one has noticed that there is a lot of people who have the day off, therefore Lord Arena25 kindly asked me to explain why.
Today is an official U.S. Holiday. Because of this, some businesses will close, in addition to all public schools being closed. Unfortunately for Lord Arena25, he does not appreciate that ESO is down today, because then he has to deal with schoolkids and cold temperatures (4* F/-15* C here in Central Indiana? This one will happily stay inside).
And to make it even more unfortunate for Lord Arena25, he will be leaving for an appointment with his social worker...and he said the following: "I bet that the servers will be up right as soon as I step into the social worker's office, because that's the kind of bad luck I have."
As for the server maintenance, this one does not mind, just so long as it doesn't result in a crash as soon as Lord Arena25 logs in.
Uh, oh, this one just heard Lord Arena25 wake up. I'm going to get out of his way. Catch you later.
