Hi all
i got some question about trade guilds but in the guild section i found only distinction between PvE, PvP and RP ones.

Someone explained me there are no "auction" nor "public marketplace" and only way to buy and sell item from player is Guild Stores.
And then there are some specialised guilds, named Trade Guilds, specialised only on getting trades spot and selling player items

ok...
how they work exactly?
where can i see a trade guild list (and eventually apply to one of them)?
what's the pros and cons about guild stores?

ty for answering me :)

Trade guilds exist mostly to buy and sell, although one I am in does PvE/PvP and RP too, so go figure. You don't need to be a member of a trade guild that has a kiosk, but it helps. Most trade guilds don't have kiosks, or have them every week.

If you look in Zone Chat, you will see spam messages recruiting for trade guilds or look in the following section

Also, do remember that all guilds over a certain size have a Store, not just Trading Guilds. So your social or PvE or PvP guild will have a store also.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

There are two ways to find buyers for your items in ESO: guild stores or zone chat. Zone chat usually has lower prices (no guild store cut), so it's great for finding good deals, but it's also time consuming. That's why joining trading guilds, or large guilds in general, is important.

If you just want to buy, you can do it through traders located in all major cities and near wayshrines. Guilds can bid on a trader every week, that way all players have access to their store - not just guild members. However, the number of traders is limited and someone else may outbid you, so having a trader every week isn't a given.

I recommend joining at least one trading guild. A lot of people join more (you can join five guilds in total).

If you're on EU, check my sig. :)

Hi all and ty for your answers
at the moment i'm trying to bring on ESO some of my guildmate (who plays a lot of other mmo) and with the b2p/f2p on the way maybe also found a guild with them

in the meantime, i could have the need to sell some items and i'm interested on joining a trade only guild to use guild store and sell them
however, i don't know where to look and also how this work (ie if there are some % tax, if there are some prerequisites, if you need a special rank to sell, etc) and of course if there are some guild who can be joined only for trading and does'nt requires social content

yes i'm on EU, daggerfall covenant, and checking your sig in this moment..
