Like making racial passives more universal and work with all builds not just certain builds.
(Race is a bigger deal in 1.6 because of removal of softcaps)

Give each race a +10% bonus to one stat, as a starting point.
Or ZOS could just do cash shop race changes if the only races they want in the game are Imperial, Dunmer, Altmer, and Breton.0 -
