Last I checked, which was 2 weeks ago. Azura's Star was all yellow, if it isn't, you can try Haderus. But good luck there.Aldmeri Dominion For Life!

✭✭✭✭✭If all you want to do is get the skyshards/lore books, just use the lowest population server (for the time you play). There are a lot of guilds openly attacking buff servers (that's a good thing) so buff servers are very chaotic. Going into a low population server will reduce your chance of running into PVPers and won't mess up the queue for people looking for PVP.0 -
