If you've used the Spectre's Eye set, how much did you like it?
I'm considering building a set for my sorc when he dings VR14 (imminent). I spend most of my time in Cyrodil, and do plenty of solo farming. Trials are not relevant to me, so I don't need maximized DPS. I'm willing to trade some max magicka for what looks like a fantastic proc, and one that would synergize well with LA's lack of mitigation.

✭✭✭I mostly run in non-vet and have a low level sorc that uses this set. With the frequency that I use spells at it is up almost as much as possible and I frequently see attacks missing. The bonus armor, health and magicka don't do anything for me with the battle leveling on but the miss chance has saved me from a good amount of damage.1 -
