Lord harkon should be a quest giver for vampires when western Skyrim zone is playable.

    Even from a non Vampires perspective it would be nice to see Harkon. He should be around in this time line, odd he hasn't already popped up. Thought I might have heard something about him with a quest chain I did with my DC character involving Vampires.

    Haven't got any vamps myself. Wanted to at one point but then saw how many appeared in Cyrodiil and didn't want to be seen as "jumping on the band wagon".

    Shame I missed out when all the free bites were going on but ahh well.

    He is alive, but is probably still hanging around in his castle, with the occassional trip to further his plans.
