There are several add-ons I wouldn't WANT to play without, but my vote is Inventory Grid-View. I HATE the stock UI scroll list. Hated it in all the single player games.
I'm not prejudiced; I hate everyone equally !

    Roomba
I hate spending 10-20 minutes having to restack the guild back and find things that need stacked. Roomba is one I need to save time and I do really like Advanced Filters too as well as Greymind Quickslot. Before I used Greymind I simply couldn't use the default ESO quickslot in combat, its just to clunky to stop and select something from that wheel of potions.

Definitely Roomba for me. The amount of time I spent/wasted stacking stuff in guild vaults was ridiculous and so frustrating!

I had FTC installed just to measure my DPS so people would stop whining about my dps. Since i proved i do enough dps i uninstalled it. Don't need addons.

If i could have one little addon, it would be one to tag people for PvP in PvE area.

Wykkyd's Full Immersion addon, ESO Launcher mod, and SweetFX.

    - I'm an immersion player and roleplayer. Wykkyd's Full Immersion allows me to remove the Compass and autohide Crosshair.
    - ESO Launcher mod allows me to tweak the game's Field of View in both 1st and 3rd person and make it so wide that I don't get nausea. Also the mod allows me to remove some graphical effects I don't like like the unnatural shine characters have. Also the dull color filter and fog can be removed with the mod.
    - SweetFX mod gives both better Anti-aliasing and Sharpening so the game doesn't look so smooth/blurry as it normally does.

Lootdrop, Research Assistant, and Sous Chef are the ones I would make sure I kept up to date when I played. The next would be a combat numbers/text add on, FTC personally. The walls and angles in PvP made it hard to tell if you were actually hitting things with siege sometimes so combat text helped with that.

As dedicated crafter, research assistant has been the most important addon during all this time. I can't comprehend how anyone can play this game without it. I would literaly use half of my gaming time just swiching between inventory and crafting benches without this addon. Really, HALF OF THE TIME I SPEND PLAYING.

I have to ask, people who do not use addons, do you spend half your time figuring out which traits you already have or do you just not craft?

Obviously, I can play without any, but as useful as they all are, the ones that save me the most time are Skyshards, Lorebooks, and Destinations. How would I even know what I missed without them? This is one reason I am going to wait as long as I can to transfer to PS4.

I have my laptop open and made an excel sheet. So if i play i can see which traits i need and which i don't. I could even print it out and place it in front of my monitor. No addon needed.

Shees, some people are so lazy. I remember older games where there was no map at all and i drew them myself on a piec of paper.

I imagine you enjoy working on your excel sheets. Many don't. It's similar to using cellphone and not writing phone numbers into a notepad. It's simply more practical. Less time consuming.

I honestly can`t single one out. The standard UI in this game is sooo abysmally bad that it makes me literally nauseous.

So I have a lot of addons correcting the mistakes the intern made that designed the UI.

Most important are Wykkyds Suite, FTC, Combat Cloud, ResearchAssistant, Minimap and Advanced inventory Sort. Without them I would just deinstall the game before playing it.
there are like 20 other addons that all do the litle things.

Even with all the Addons the game is still barely playable. There is no Addon that centers the view (thank god thats coming in 1.6), and most importantly there is no addon for proper HeadsUp-Displays for friends and enemies. That actually makes me really angry.

One of the things I love most about ESO and Skyrim is the extremely minimalist UI, the last thing I want is to see boxes all over my screen as so often witnessed in youtube videos from players, therefore I don't use any and so far at VR3 have had no reason to. If I was really into PvP then maybe. Still I think it's excellent that ZOS allow them to be used for those that find them invaluable.

It's actually a misconception that all add ons will clutter the UI. The ones I use are for quite the opposite.
I use about 30 add ons, and this is literally how my game looks:
    wVUWp8r.jpg
I use an add on that removes the enemies health bar unless I am in combat. Wykyds full immersion lets me turn the compass transparent. Combat reticule to remove the crosshairs. And Azurah lets me push my own attribute bars to the bottom of the screen and everything else off to the edges of the screen too. You think not using add ons means minimal UI, then you obviously are not very minimal.

    I don't find a need for addons.

You guys missed the point. Would you go on a poll asking for an opinion on the best dungeon and say "You don't need dungeons, they aren't required or necessary"?

I dare say that poll would have an option for "I don't do dungeons" and I'd click on that option.

Any poll asking which addon you need is incomplete without an option to say you don't need any of them, so I clicked on the next best option and explained it in the comments. I'm sorry if that offends you.
