Btw with that build you cannot kill a sorc is just a matter of facts, balance does not mean that all the builds are the same.
In the video you were out of evrithing in about 20 seconds too much spamming abilityes on the sorc shields too much close up make you run out of stamina and with a tanky build you are death when you finish the stamina.Signature2 -
Jennifur_Vultee✭✭✭✭✭He's figured out pretty quickly that you can't kill him because of how you go defensive at the drop of a hat. He doesn't seem to see you as a threat so much as an annoyance really because a lot of the time you're defensive and not dealing damage. You deal a little damage, run out of resources and fall back while he pretty much ignores you...its not that he's overpowered you just aren't dealing enough damage to concern him. Cyantific87✭✭✭I have a sorcerer and I duel and don't want to sound like I'm trolling you or whatever but from what I saw I don't think it would be hard to do what that sorc is doing especially using the energy ultimate heavy attack on you as that is not a weak skill by any means. I see a lot of blocking and when you do a little spam of your whip he has full shield and re applies it. He is probably getting his magicka back from the energy ultimate too so he has a very good rotation and sorry to say but maybe you should try a different approach when taking on a well rotated sorc.3 -

Not saying that shield stacking isn't a problem, just saying this video doesn't show the problem.
If you were actually inflicting more damage it would be more clear, but this is basically defensive tank vs offensive caster. A slow but certain death.4 -

SC0TY999✭✭✭✭OK so I've only spent about 20mins on PTS I need to spend more time tweaking etc... but the point here is that Heavy armor is still useless and the only way to dish out damage would be to go back to light armor and a stick.
Ok so the person is emp I'm not disputing that I'm clearly stating that it's difficult to inflict damage on someone shield stacking!

I don't want to be "that guy" but you were playing defensive and running out of resources, kept backing off and blocking when he was ignoring you and did nowhere near enough damage when you did attack.
It took you too long to start fighting when you first saw him and didn't do much in the way of damage in your first assault. You showed him all he needed to know.
That Sorc knew what he was doing and you were outplayed. That doesn't look like a balance issue to me.
