Are there any known conversion formulas for the new stats system?

Are there known formulas to convert the old stat numbers to 1.6 and back?

It's hard to tell if you have higher stats now or if something does more damage than before.

Where are the smart people?

Come 1.6 you're going to be a lot weaker than you are in 1.5, that is until you invest in the champion system. I think someone said you lose a few hundred stats, regeneration rates are crappy, ability costs are high... Basically you've been nerfed hard come 1.6, and you have to invest in the champ system to get back to what you were already at in 1.5. Because of this I don't view the champion system as further progression since they just nerfed all our stats... It's a way to get back what we lost

Ok, i made a quick comparison of the base values on the live and the pts server to see how much they scale. so you get a rough idea of what's going on. I'm naked, unarmed and unbuffed so this is really just what comes straight from the character.

I compared magicka, health and stamina, the regen values and 3 different attacks.

I would appreciate if you could do some more testing and compare different things. This would help us plan our future builds a lot.

I thought they said all stats were being increased by a factor of 10. According to your chart, that's not the case. Not even close.

That is indeed not the case. i wish it was a factor of 10, would make it so much easier to compare.

I did a bunch of tests on the PTS to see what the conversion rate for damage was. In almost every case, both for the player and mobs, damage was multiplied by a factor of approximately 8x, give or take. However, light staff attacks seem to have been nerfed, because they were only 4 times the current damage!

Yeah, so they force you to have to use a weaker attack, no surprise.

so i really needed to do a detailed breakdown of the stats since i guess people where to lazy to go look themselves and keep calling me a liar. When i took these multipliers on the live server i had all pvp bonuses with no food active...and i had food active on the pts...i didnt realise that at the time. that being condisered...the nerfs to health and stam are actually worse if you take into account i had the food active on the pts. thegear is the same on both servers. so here are the numbers :
Health 7.10
Magic 8.27
Stam 9.34
Spell damage 12.9
Spell resist 7.51
Magic regen 7.44
Health regen 8.3
Stam regen 8.24
Weapon dmg 9.66
Armor 7.33
crit for both took nerfs even though the values are not showing correctly.
i perceive all these stats as being nerfed except the spell damage which went up. Also i should tell you i had no points in any of the cp areas just to try and get the most clean comparison. I encourage you guys to discuss these numbers.
