What should be the amount of exp for a CP point ?

Currently it's 400k on the PTS and it takes 1 hour with enlightenment and 4 without it. That's grinding for exp it takes far longer doing dungeons. Based on a " non enlightenment " system...basically just sitting down right now and playing how much exp should it take to get a CP ?

Edit : seems I put 200k twice. Lol it's still ok I'm just silly

    the problem is not the number of xp needed for a champion point. the main problem is that all experience gain has been nerfed in 1.6. thus making it harder to get a champion point.
    If they hadnt messed with the amount of xp gain from doing stuff, then 400k wouldnt be a problem.

    Just so everyone knows....if it takes you 4 hours to get a cp point....then it would mean you would have to play every single moment for 257 days straight to get all 3600. I'm not saying we should be able to get them all....but this system needs adjustment. It's just not going to work.

    I vote 100k or less for the first 2 weeks. Once I have accumulated enough, I then vote for an increase to 400k+.

    the problem is not the amount of xp per CP but the verticality of the entire system vs the proclaimed horizontal progression by ZOS.

    I got promoted to 5 stars. In the time it took to do that I could have got 20 cp points....since it took me months to get 5 stars.

    It feels horizontal to me, I for sure won't grind it. No need to change anything.

    see you few weeks after that crap went live when you have to proof proper investment of 1000cp to access a raid or beeing stomped in pvp by a player invensting time on grinding.

    The main issue for me is that the gain rate of cp will most likely be squat in pvp.

    I don't care as long as the value of the XP doesn't change.
    (Like there should be twice as many CP if they come for half the XP.)

    However, I want those CPs to be far more meaningful than for example skill points are.
    It should be like "yeah, I got another CP, wait guys I have to spend this" not like "oh, I got 30 CP today, maybe next Sunday I spend some of those".

    (voted 400k because I don't see the need for changes)

    Yah with 919 lol's that says alot if you think about it and how the lol works in here... but gz. with that :S

    the problem is many people think of mmo games as a sprinting game, where of course the game makers want it to be a marathon.

    the champion system, aint build to be able to grind it, but a rewarding system to play the game in the background.

    It takes far longer than an hour even with enlightenment to earn 400k as it is now on PTS because mobs and quests are giving far less xp than they are currently on live.

    XP should be awarded for every thing you do during normal play including
    harvesting and crafting activities and the xp should be set back to what is is now.
