I already outlevel all the zones while I play. If you put a -10% XP deboost in the Crown Store I will buy it.

I don't know if I'd buy a deboost, but I do know that, in the majority of MMOs I have played, I explicitly avoided things that give me an xp boost. Double xp weekends in most games? I grumble to myself, but I find something else to do in the game that won't crank up my xp - and if I can't, I simply don't log in. I hate when I quickly outlevel/overlevel things. I am NOT a 'the game starts at max level' type of person (and if a game is specifically crafted to be that kind of game, I just don't play it).
I also know that there are a not insignificant number of people who fall in this OMG I LEVEL TOO FAST group. Not near the amount that's in the OMG MORE XP I WANNA LEVEL FAST group, but there's still a number of us.

✭I have been through this issue in LotrO. They started amping up the xp gain so much and offering so many short cuts to earning xp (including xp for nodes collecting and crafting, which had never been part of that game before) that a lot of people started wanting an xp disabler since they were outleveling and trivializing content quicker than you could blink.
Naturally, in Turbine's case they have milked the crud out of that interest and charged a ridiculous fee in their store, on a per charcter basis, for an item you could equip to make this happen. So be careful what you wish for....0 -
AFrostWolf✭✭✭✭I'd buy it. I'm a Non-Vet PvPer. We at blackwater blade HATE leveling. The worst thing to happen is when you Vet out. It means you have to make a brand new toon to enjoy the Non-Vet PvP again. Please consider adding a crown option to Lock a character at level 49 so that we can stay with our favorite characters. The only thing 10% exp is good for is hitting level 10 faster to join Non-Vet PvP. Now if only rewards for Non-Vet weren't so terribad too....1
