As far as I know the items would poof. If a guild drops under 10 members, I think you're restricted to withdrawing items, but I'm not certain of that. If the last member leaves, it should snuff the guild wholesale wiping the bank.0 -

Basically, you are either looking for an exploit to get more bank space for free, or rip players off who put items in your bank. Fortunately, you can't do that. Once you don't have enough members for a guild bank, you can't place any more items in the bank, only withdraw.

✭✭✭✭If you drop under 10 and you had withdrawal privileges before, you can still withdraw.
Deposit stay locks until above 10 again.
If your guild leader no longer plays, you can put in a CS ticket requesting to take on guild ownership. Normally you have to be an officer already for them to entertain this, but I have heard of it being done.
If the entire guild disbands (everyone leaves), the items return to the 1's and 0' they originally were.
If you're asking if you can retrieve items from a previously disbanded guild, the answer is No.
It's the guild equivalent of DELETING a character. All is lost.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...
