Weaving Less Effective/Global Cooldowns?

I'm having a hard time on the PTS timing how to weave my spells together. It feels like light attack speeds have changed slightly, or there's more delay on my abilities causing me to mess up what should be a simple rotation of sorts.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Ah they fixed animation cancelling that everyone was complaining about?

Not sure. I can weave successfully only sometimes.

Hopefully they are trying to fox animation canceling. I doubt that though since they would likely have mentioned it.
Worse case scenario is that they messed something up that made it harder to do. This would just give a huge advantage to the small group of people who can make it work consistently.
