Not sure if this is allready the case but if not...

Please make NPC's attached to every house. Give them daily routines with some randomness and make them sleep at night and go eat lunch or something during the day..

That would really add life to the world :)

    Hopefully most owners can be murdered with a snipe and their key taken and give a short time before respawn also

    Seeing as houses now have NPC owners, maybe MAYBE we are one step closer to player owned houses

    That would be a good way to increase immersion, and it would be in line with previous TES games.

    Immersion and atmosphere makes and breaks for me. I really hope they add this. Also better inns (more life in them, more things to do. Like inns in The Witcher)

    I seem to remember a description of the justice system on ESO live discuss NPC daily routines (wake-up, breakfast, go fish, dinner, hangout at the tavern, sleep).

    LOL, you can't even call this optimism anymore just wishful thinking. They said in the recent AuA that player housing hasn't even made it off the ideas board onto the to do list yet. With no big content patches until after console release dies down and player housing not even on the to do list for that time frame, its going to be at least 1.5-2 years until we are close to seeing player housing.
